"Rained Out"

Holaaa Peapoders,

So on Sunday, decided to go out with the babe and make the best of a sh**y rainy day in RL. Had a blast eating pizza, playing lazer-tag and winning the babe a teddy bear ^_^. Any who, it was getting late and it was about time to head home, so I convinced the babe to take the long way home, so we could spend time talking and holding hands just a little longer {Yes, I know i'm corny -.- hush! <3 }. So as we are driving down the long strip of road which of course is in the back water lands of where we were, in the middle of nothing but a golf course and some high class homes and there was this persistent, yet annoying driver behind us, way to close for comfort. Babe pulls over to let the idiot pass, and hits a rock. GOT DAMN if it didn't pop the front tire! ._. And yes, it was still raining 'cats and dogs!' *Le Sigh* OK, Peapoders, I know I may not be much of a 'tom boy' type and, hell, I never changed a tire in my life, but we got out that car and did what we had to do to get home. It was an experience and I just had to share it with you all. Anyway, this post is inspired by this night in RL. Hope you enjoy. ;)

MEXICO-A-GO-GO-HUNT

So as you know Hunts are one of my favorite things to do now on SL because of all the awesome things on sale or most of the time FREEEEEE! Also each hunt is special themed making them interesting as well as fun to do. Recently, I had been invited to blog for the MEXICO-A-GO-GO Hunt which is themed for the upcoming Holiday Cinco de Mayo which is a celebration held on May 5. It is celebrated nationwide in the United States and regionally in Mexico, primarily in the state of Puebla, where the holiday is called El Dia de la Batalla de Puebla (English: The Day of the Battle of Puebla). The date is observed in the United States as a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride, and to commemorate the cause of freedom and democracy during the first years of the American Civil War.

The Hunt in Second-life will get you all types of ready to throw a party in world for this day of celebration. Each Item sells for 1L$ each!
